Penny and Swen’s E-Shoot
Just before we went away we photographed an engagement session for one of our up and coming bride and groom’s Penny and Swen.
We had a great time on the photo shoot guys! Even though it was freezing cold!!
Here’s a few photos for now, hope you like them!
Cambodia Holiday Pictures
After spending a couple of weeks in Cambodia and a few days in Singapore it now seems we are back to reality.
Officially we aren’t back until tomorrow but we just couldn’t wait to get into some of the photos from our trip!
We flew in to the charming tourist boom city of Siem Reap to start our holiday. Located only minutes from the magnificent Angkor Temples Siem Reap is a very popular holiday destination as most of what Cambodia is known for is located right there! Around this area we got to explore many of the temple ruins and had the opportunity to visit a floating village.
We then headed to the Capital city of Phnom Penh to see a few sites around their. The Cambodians sure love their monuments, palaces and temples!
Our final major destination in Cambodia was the Mondulkiri Province. An area in the north west of the country populated by hill tribes and elephants. The great thing about this place was that tourism was relatively new here. Electricity is something they have only recently acquired within the last seven or eight years and the bitumen road we travelled up the mountains to get their has only been built within the last couple of years.
Singapore was quite a spectacular city to finish our trip with, you can’t get much more of a contrast than between the two nations!!
We had an amazing time on our trip, and would thoroughly recommend it as a travel destination to anyone. Despite it’s extremely sad recent history I don’t think we’ve ever felt as safe walking down a street as we did there! The people there were very good to us, from our loyal Tuk Tuk driver Mr Li Ka to the villagers who helped push our moto up that dirt hill in the pouring rain we had a fantastic experience!
Here are a few photos from our trip. Hope they captured some of what the Cambodia offers!
- Some of the houses in Siem Reap
- Amy bartering hard at the markets!
- Southeast Asia is famous for it’s makeshift petrol stations!
- The mighty Angkor Wat
- Thanks to the guy who took this photo for us!!
- A perfect spot for a nap
- The jungle temples, as seen by Lara Croft
- This Tuk Tuk driver had a tv hooked up… as you can see he was quite popular!
- One of my favourite shots, I love the expression on the monks face as he lights his cigarette
- This was a mighty tantrum!
- The streets of Phnom Penh
- Our friendly elephants and their Mahout riders
- Singapore was a huge contrast!
Off to Cambodia!!
Just a quick post to let everyone know we are flying out to Cambodia tomorrow! Feel free to shoot us an email if you have any enquiries about our services, we will endeavour to reply to them as soon as possible!
We will be back on the 30th August. Keep posted for some of our holiday pics when we return!
Till then,
Bye!!!
Kristen and Brendan’s Engagement Shoot
After Toni-Ann and Geoff’s wedding on Saturday and a bridal Expo on Sunday we headed through Grafton to photograph an engagement session for Kristen and Brendan.
We took a few photos at Sea Park and then headed down to the river for a few more shots. Here are a few of the photos,
looking forward to the wedding!!
Toni-Ann and Geoff’s Wedding
Last Saturday was the day of Toni-Ann and Geoffs Wedding.
The ceremony was held on their property near Wooli, a large number of guests (about 250 if I’m correct!) attended their beautiful ceremony.
Not wanting to do anything in small measures they also had 4 groomsmen and 4 bridesmaids each… complete with a page boy and flower girl.
After the ceremony and Toni-Ann and Geoff’s planting of a tree together (A family tradition on the property) we headed to some cool locations around their home.
It was a great bush wedding and we thoroughly enjoyed it… thanks guys! Heres some pics!
- An RM Williams commercial!
- Amy hard at work again!
