A few weeks back I travelled up to my home town of Coffs Harbour to capture the memories of a very special day for Victoria and Dale & their families. Not only did Victoria & Dale make their relationship official they had their gorgeous little boy christened and celebrated Victoria’s Dad’s 50th. Dale had family travel from overseas and Perth. It was truly a beautiful day.
I started the day with Dale and capture a few memories of him preparing for the day before. Dale got ready with his family and two groomsman. Victoria had got him little present. Dale was definitely touched by Victoria’s message to him.
It was soon time to head over to the girls. Victoria was surrounded by her family and close friends. It was such a nice atmosphere at the house with a lot of excitement. Grandma only thought that she was attending a christening so was very surprised to see Victoria’s wedding dress hanging when she walked in the room.
The ceremony was held at Sawtell Catholic Church. It was a beautiful ceremony. I even shed a tear as Dale sang to his gorgeous bride as she walked done the aisle. It was such a surprise of Victoria. Dale you did amazingly. Following the ceremony the christening was held and then the official papers from the wedding signed. Family photos were captured outside the church before we head to Sawtell Headland and main street for photos.
It was truly a special day. Loved every minute of capturing your special day. Thank you so much for trusting me with you memories.
Here are just a few gorgeous images from the day.

A little note from his amazing bride

Jess and Ben’s Wedding | Harden, NSW | Mike & Amy
We’ve been a little slack with blogging of late so I do apologise! Something to do with the nine weddings we had in April mean we are a little behind with it.
I had the opportunity to travel to the small country town of Harden in NSW for the wedding of Jess and Ben. Having grown up in the country I always like travelling to rural towns and places for wedding, and enjoy the change of pace.
Ben and Jess married at the amazing Garangula Estate, they both got ready at different locations but the ceremony and reception were both held on the grounds and main club house of the estate.
The photo shoot was great fun, there were sheep, dogs and horses, all things that represent the area really well… It sure is sheep country out there! The locations for photos were on a bunch of different properties and made for some great variety and a bit of sunset chasing.
Here are a few photos from the day, hope you enjoy! Your images will be sent on USB very soon!

Tara and Nick had a beautiful wedding a few weeks back in the beachside suburb of Brighton in Melbourne, Victoria. The location of the ceremony was the Brighton Savoy, it was a really nice spot, so close to the beach and near to everything else needed. Tara and Nick had an intimate ceremony with their friends and family, some of whom had travelled some distance to be there.
Once the ceremony was over it was time to head to the beach for a quick photo shoot, with light fading fast we pumped the images out pretty quick but it was a lot of fun, the location was perfect and it wasn’t even windy… a relief because it can get pretty windy along the coast!
After the photos it was to the reception for family photos and then time for the bridal party and guests to relax. Thanks for having us as part of your day Tara and Nick!
Here’s a few shots 🙂

Jane & Seb’s Wedding | Melbourne | Mike & Amy
Last Friday Amy and I were privileged to be a part of Jane and Seb’s beautiful wedding. The day started off perfectly with Amy photographing the girls and myself with the guys, the both had apartments in South Yarra of Melbourne and the views were spectacular!
Jane looked stunning and so very happy, I love the shots of her in the car waiting to enter the church, her bridesmaids and her all looked so thrilled to be there. Once they entered the church you could see how happy and proud all of the family was, particularly both of their mums! Some of my favourite pics from the wedding are the candid ones of them.
Jane and Seb were married in the incredible St Ignatius church in Richmond, the architecture there is stunning and amazing for photos. After the ceremony we had perfect conditions to do family photos and then a photo shoot of just Jane, Seb and their bridal party.
We did the first few photos around the church and then headed to the city to capture the rest. There was so much to photograph, our couple looked amazing, the bridal party were so patient and accomodating and the city itself as always was beautiful.
The reception was held at Albert Park, and it was time then for the photos to finish and the party to begin!
Here’s some photos of the day!

Tracey & Greg| Opal Cove Resort | Mike & Amy
Not to long ago I had the pleasure of attending the wedding of Tracey and Greg and was delighted to be able to capture their memories of the day. Tracey was having her hair and makeup done at Opal Cove resort. While Amy from Eminay hair did her magic and the girls had their makeup down I capture some images before heading over to Greg who prepared for the day with his boys.
The ceremony was held on the lawns at Opal Cove Resort overlooking the lagoon. We were super lucky with the weather, it did rain just before the ceremony but by the time the ceremony was due it had stopped and Tracey was able to work down to aisle while Greg and Jack their beloved staffy waited for her.
Following a beautiful ceremony family and friend photos were taken and then all their photos were taken around the resort.
I’m excited to share a few more images from the day.
Thanks for an awesome day guys and a big congratulations to you both.
