Sammy & Shannon’s Wedding| Coffs Harbour | Mike & Amy
The beautiful Aanuka Beach Resort in Coffs Harbour was the location of Sammy and Shannon’s lovely wedding a few weeks back.
Everyone got ready at the resort, they were spread out in different villas so that Shannon couldn’t inadvertently see Sammy before the wedding, but it was convenient and hassle free for the lovely couple and all the guests that had travelled. Nice to have a one stop shop!
After the bridal photos and a few with the groom it was time for the ceremony. Recently the weather had been pretty fine… But today it appeared to change and a storm came over just in time for our ceremony! Not to worry though as the chapel was ready and after a bit of a downpour everyone got inside and it was time for Sammy to walk down the aisle to a very happy Shannon.
Afterwards we were able to do some photos under the balcony, but then we took the bridal party out with some umbrellas, sucked it up and did some photos in the rain. Thankfully it was only very light by this stage and we were able to get some awesome shots.
The reception was a lot of fun and everyone had a great time eating drinking and dancing the night away.
Thanks guys, here’s some pics!

Jane & Ben’s Engagement Session
A little while ago now just before Jane and Ben were married at the beautiful town hall in Melbourne, Mike & I caught up with them at Fitzroy gardens for their engagement session.
It was such an amazing afternoon! So pleased that we got good weather for the season. Sometimes it’s hard to know what will happen in Melbourne LOL
We had a great time at the session and are excited to share some of the images with you all.

Michelle & Ben’s Wedding|Coffs Harbour|Mike & Amy
Some of you may remember Michelle and Ben from their stunning engagement session at the Coffs Harbour Jetty last year. They were such a gorgeous couple and I had been looking forward to photographing their wedding for a while.
Towards the end of last year I had the privilege of attending their wedding and capturing their memories. I arrived at Aanuka and headed over to one of the Villa’s were the boys were preparing. I adored the boys hipster suits! Well done in seeking these out! They were great. The girls looked so beautiful. Michelle you looked stunning, your dress was amazing, your hair perfect and the flowers accompanied very well.
The preparation time goes so fast and it was so time for us all to make our way to the lawns at Aanuka. The lawns make for a beautiful and romantic backdrop for a wedding. Michelle looked incredible and Ben was dazzled when she walked down the aisle. The ceremony was performed by Cindy Pocock. Cindy as usual did a beautiful job! She is such a sweet lady.
Following the ceremony we tackled family photos next to the lagoon at Aanuka and then stayed on the grounds for their photo session. The reception was held in the breakers room. The reception was alot of fun.
Thanks so much for sharing your special day with us. Here are just a few images from your day.

Courtnee & Jason|Coffs Harbour|Wedding|Mike & Amy
Not too long ago now I shared the most beautiful and amazing day with Courtnee & Jason at the beautiful Opal Cove Resort in Coffs Harbour. The weather was beautiful and everything was just perfect for this stunning couple to celebrate their special day. 🙂
I started the day with Courtnee in the morning to grab a few photos of the girls getting their hair and makeup done and then I headed back in the afternoon to start their wedding coverage. Jason and his boys were super organised and looked awesome. I absolutely loved the poker-dot bow ties!! They were super cute. Navy and brown are two of my favorite colours together. Boys you looked great.
Both Courtnee and Jason got ready in the apartments at the front of the resort so made it really easy to go between the two apartments for photos. When I arrived at the girls I started by capturing some of the details that made up Courtnee’s appearance. The flowers were perfect, your dress amazing and the bridesmaids dress were beautiful.
The ceremony was held on the lawn overlooking the lagoon at Opal Cove. Margret and Peter from special occasions did such a beautiful job at decorating the ceremony and the drinks station was a great touch.
The ceremony was followed by family photos and then the photo session. Courtnee and Jason, thank you so much for sharing your day with us. We loved every minute and it meant a lot to us to be able to capture your special memories. Although you have had your images for some time I still wanted to share these few images with everyone. I just love them.

Dylan & Steph| Port Macquarie Wedding| Mike & Amy
I made a trip over to Port Macquarie a few weeks back to photograph the beautiful wedding of Steph and Dylan. As always we started the photos doing the groom prep and then on to the lovely bridesmaids and of course the bride.
Steph and the girls all looked stunning for their photos, the bridal prep was so relaxed and everyone seemed to be simply having a good time. Sure enough though it was time to head over to the ceremony.
Steph and Dylan picked a nice little spot on the beach, sheltered by the dunes and with a great view of the lighthouse in the background. Once finished it was time for the family photos, of which the families were very accommodating.
The photo shoot too was fun and we were able to get many nice and intimate images of our happy couple.
Once the reception started it was time to kick back and enjoy the night. Thanks for having me as part of your day! Here are a few photos from their big day!
