It was a gorgeous day in March at the beautiful Aanuka Beach Resort in Coffs Harbour for Tasha and Peter to exchange their wedding vows. They were such a cute couple. It was a really fun day to share with such awesome people!

I started my day with Tasha. Peter opted out of preparation photos so I just spent the time with Tasha. What a gorgeous bride she was. Tasha had her makeup done by the sweet girls from blush. Their makeup is always beautiful… using a beautiful range of Neaploan and Soothy’s products to make girls shine on their special day.

While Tasha had her finishing touches made to her makeup I spent a few minutes capturing the awesome red shoes and her dress. The flowers who were put together by Precious Petals were stunning. I love the classic red rose bouquet… So beautiful.

Tasha & Peter exchanged vows in the chapel at Aanuka surrounded by their friends and family. Ken Palmer preformed the ceremony. Following the ceremony we took some time to capture some family and friends photos before heading around Aanuka for the formal photos of our couple. It was such a fun, enjoyable session! Tasha and Peter didn’t have bridesmaid or groomsman which I think can be really sweet to just make the day about the couple!! Such an awesome idea.

The reception was held in the breakers room at the resort. I had such an awesome day with Tasha and Peter.

Here are just a few photos from the day.

Melissa and Chris had an awesome wedding a few weeks back now. It was on such a beautiful day, and the venue was the amazing Bonville Golf Resort. We started with the photos of the boys and the girls getting ready first and then headed to the resort where the rest of the wedding was to be held.

The ceremony was held on the terrace lawn overlooking the beautifully landscaped golf course. The sun was just peeking through the trees giving us some incredible light to work with. It was an intimate ceremony and so full of emotion, I have to admit I loved getting the shots of Melissa’s granddad who was just so happy on the day.

We shot around some of the great locations in the golf buggies at the resort including the rainforest where many ceremonies are held.

The Reception was in the Classic room, and was a lot of fun, the meals were great, the speeches, and the dancing was good too!

During March I travelled up to Bek and James’ wedding in Armidale. Armidale has a special place in the heart of Bek and James as it was were Bek grow up and it’s were Bek’s parents live!!

I really enjoyed photographing this wedding it was very quirky and cute!! I started the day with James and his 3 groomsman, Chris, Dom and Adrian who were preparing for the ceremony in the Peterson’s guesthouse. The rooms at the guesthouse are stunning and was a great place to photograph the boys.

James had the suits custom-made. The fabric was to die for. So soft and felt really comfortable. The ties and bow ties the boys wore were also custom-made. Loved the fabric you chose James. It was a great choice. Boys you pulled off the vintage look well!! Loved it.

The time with the boys just flow by and before long it was time to head out to the girls who were getting ready a Bek’s parents home. My favorite part of the house was the blue doors!! They were super cute!! Bek your dress and the girls dresses were stunning so beautiful!!

The ceremony was held at Ursuline Chapel which is behind the St Marys and St Josephs Catholic Cathedral. The church was cute and had beautiful light- Made for stunning photos. After the ceremony we stayed at the chapel for a group photo, family and friends photos before heading out to the Gostwych Chapel near Uralla. This was my first time photographing at Gostwych … It was pretty cute and the surrounding area was gorgeous!!

After photographing at Gostwych we headed over to Peterson’s Vineyard for the rest of our shoot, drinks and canapes before heading into the reception. The reception was so beautiful and loved what you guys done to decorate the venue.

I hope you both had the most amazing time in Italy on your honeymoon. Thanks so much for sharing your day with me. It was a real blast and pleasure capturing your memories.

Mel and Jason got married at the beautiful Aanuka Beach Resort in Coffs Harbour a few weeks back. The whole wedding was held at the resort, they got ready there, the ceremony was held on the beautiful lawn area, the photo shoot and reception was all on the grounds too.

We started out in Jason’s room where he and his groomsmen were getting ready. After a few pics it was onto Mels room. The weather was perfect and we soon headed to the lawn for the ceremony. It’s a beautiful location overlooking the beach, and the rich blue sky made the day even more special.

It was great fun photographing your wedding, the bridal party were awesome fun and everything ran so smoothly!

March was certainly a busy month for Mike and I. Catching up on our blogging and facebook sharing is a real mission at the moment. While I was up in Armidale for a wedding I caught up with Leisia and Mitch which are a couple who Mike actually captured their special day. He wasn’t able to make it up to Armidale for the wedding so I capture a few images during their engagement session for them.

I met Leisia and Mitch at the old teachers collegue in Armidale. I love this old building and the gardens surrounding it. It makes for such a gorgeous backdrop for a session. Mitch and Leisia were good fun! I was great to capture a few images for them and finally met them after all my email corresponance with Leisia leading up to the wedding. It’s always nice to finally put a face to a name.
