Melissa and Chris’ Engagement Session
Finally Mike and I are working our way through our October shoots! Only a few more to go for October. Mel and Chris received their images already but it’s just taken us a while longer to blog their Engegement Session.
Mel and Chris are super cute to photograph! The Session was so easy… Lighting was perfect and couple easy going! We met Mel and Chris at Chris’ parent’s property in Bonville for the session. It made for a perfect backdrop for the images!
Loved this session was great fun! Im really looking forward to the wedding guys… Here are just a few images for your friends and family to see.

Katherine & Matt’s Tamworth Wedding
The wedding of Katherine and Matt was one that I have to admit was a lot of fun. From the location Katherine got ready before the ceremony to some of the location shoots out near the ‘Pavillion Function Centre’ it was a great day.
I started the day with the pre-wedding photos before heading to the Pavillion for the ceremony. The weather was beautiful, when we photographed this wedding it was in the middle of a real dry spell, not that we were complaining though, sure makes my job easier!!
After family photos we did some shots around the beatiful garden areas before heading to a few locations. A property with a cool dirt road, a hill with awesome long (and very brown) grass and King George Ave. Katherine and Matt allowed plenty of time for there shoot, and we were able to get some awesome shots.
Soon enough it was the reception, the cake cut, dance,etc. Thanks for having me photograph your day, I had a great time and am very happy with the result!!

Heidi and Grant’s Valla Beach Wedding
It’s been a rather crazy few months for Mike and I. We are now recovering and catching up…..We have so many gorgeous weddings to blog … most of which have had their wedding images for months.
Way Back in October Heidi and Grant exchanged vows at the gorgeous Valla Beach. I started the day a Heidi’s fathers property were Grant and his boys were preparing for the ceremony… The boys were in charge of ensuring the wedding ceremony location was perfect for the arrival of our stunning bride. I was able to photograph some images of the boys getting ready amongst the chaos of the boys preparing for the ceremony.
It was soon time to head over to the girls who were getting ready at the Valla Beach Tourist Park. The girls were great fun. Full of excitement the girls were ready waiting for me to arrive. I photographed the girls dresses hanging, the shoes and flowers before the bridesmaids slipped their dresses on. Once our girls were ready they assisted our very sweet bride to put her dress on.
Valla Beach Hotrodes were waiting patiently outside the Cabin were Heidi was preparing for the ceremony to take the precious cargo to the ceremony. It was soon time for the girls to travel over to Heidi’s father’s property for the ceremony.
The ceremony was in a gorgeous location. It was located a the back of the property down near a dam… Such stunning location for a ceremony. After the ceremony we headed over for a group photo and then family photos. Most of the photos were done on the property… we only had a little time to do some photos near the resort.
The reception was awesome fun. It was held at the Woolshed at the Valla Beach Resort.

Sarah and Johnno’s Wedding!!
Sarah and Johnno had their beautiful Sawtell/Coffs Harbour wedding a little while back now, I’ve finally got a chance to do some blogging now!!
Johnno got ready at the Pacific Towers apartments in Coffs Harbour, right on the beach and with a stunning view of the coast, we did some groom prep shots. Sarah and Johnnos little girl Lucy was on hand getting ready, which made for some really cute shots.
After that it was time to photograph the girls, and then head out to the ceremony. The ceremony was held at Sawtell, right along the beach near the surf club. Unfortunately the wind was pretty crazy so the location had to be changed slightly last minute! A few metres back and we were mostly out of the wind so it was all good!
‘Married By Sam’ did a great job looking after the ceremony for our happy couple. Sarah and Johnno did have a big wedding, a lot of guests their, so straight after the ceremony we went into a group photo and family portraits. After that it was a few shots of the bridal party, our couple, etc around the beach before we headed to a nice little spot on the way out of Coffs Harbour that was sheltered from the elements and offered a nice country backdrop.
Once this was done we headed to the reception at the Coffs Harbour Yacht Club.

Lara & Will’s Engagement Session
Way Back in the beginning of October I had the pleasure of catching up with Lara and Will for their engagement session before their wedding. They stay at Opal Cove Resort in the Northern beaches of Coffs Harbour so we thought it would be nice to do the session there as their wedding was held at Bonville Golf Resort.
It was such an amazing afternoon. The light was perfect! Lara and Will were such good sport and had some photos in the water which turned out very cute. Sorry Will that your pants got so wet, I was so in the moment of capturing the images I forgot to warn you guys that the water was coming LOL!
I can’t wait to share Lara and Will’s wedding images on the blog… So excited.
