Carley and Marley
A couple of days before their wedding we met up with Carley and Marley and managed to squeeze an engagement portrait session in.
It was a great way to get them both used to being photographed so it wasn’t a big suprise on the day.
As they were having their wedding at the Bonville Golf Resort, we decided to head down to the Jetty in Coffs Harbour for some beach shots as part of their engagement session. It was such a breeze doing the photos of you both.
We’ll be putting up some pics of the wedding very soon so keep posted!!

Chloe and Caleb Married
Recently we enjoyed the wedding day of Chloe and Caleb. It was such a gorgeous afternoon, just perfect for this gorgeous couple. The sun was out and the weather a perfect temperature… much appreciated after the rainy weather during the week. I remember when we first met with Chloe and Caleb and their Mum’s to discuss their wedding plans… there was so much excitement and to have the day finally here was rather exciting to be apart of.
Chloe and Caleb first met at the medical centre where Chloe worked… if I have my facts right. And I believe that Chloe’s Mum, Marg played a big part in this gorgeous couple starting their relationship together… All I can say is well done Marg… a perfect match!! Marg was a very excited brides mother on the day …. she ensured that the day ran to plan so perfectly. Thanks for being such a helpful Mum.
We started the day with the boys at the far end of Aanuka Beach Resort. They were a great lot of fun. We than headed back to the reception end of the resort to where Chloe and her girls were getting ready. Chloe was so nervous. She looked so stunning thou. Chloe’s bridesmaids were also so beautiful! I just loved Chloe’s dress. You certainly looked like a princess. As the weather was so beautiful the ceremony was held on the lawns at Aanuka. It’s such a beautiful location looking over the beach. In the distance you could see the whales… such a beautiful and peaceful setting.
After the ceremony we did a group photo followed by the family photos. We started the formal photo shot at Aanuka with all the bridal party images and then headed into town to the Jetty and then Gallows, for a few images before heading back to the resort to finish the shot. There are some really beautiful places around the resort … my favorite I think is the lawn as the sun is going down! It’s such a gorgeous backdrop with the ocean and the rocks in the background.
The reception was also hosted at Aanuka. It was a great reception and the speeches were so touching… I even shed a tear in some of the speeches.
A big congratulations to Chloe and Caleb and thanks for sharing your special day with us.
Here are a few images and of course we will post more on facebook 🙂

Beth and Lincon
Recently Beth in Lincon were married at the Anglican Church on McLean street. When we awoke on the morning of their wedding we thought… .we really hope this clears up for all the brides that got married that day…. it looked so gloomy at our house. The weather did hold off for Beth and Lincon and it turned out to be a pleasant afternoon to capture some memories from their special day.
We metwith the boys first and got a few images of them preparing for the ceremony and then headed to Beth’s mum’s place where she prepared for the ceremony. Beth and her girls were so relaxed  when I arrived and I could sense some excitement in the house. When I had met Beth earlier in the week to discuss her wedding plans for the day, she was making her very cute flower girls dresses…. They looked fantastic Beth you did such a great job. Sharnte and Kaydense- you both looked so beautiful. 🙂 Beth’s grandmother did the flower arrangements she did a great job also. It all come together beautifuly.
A big thanks to Beth’s bridesmaids… they were great… completely ready when I arrived and so willing to help Beth on her special day. You were all a pleasure to work with. Beth you looked so gorgeous! Your dress was stunning.
Beth arrived at her ceremony just a few minutes past three. It was special to be able to capture the emotion as she walked toward her groom Lincon. After the ceremony we did some family photos at the church and then headed to the Jetty for the bridal party photos and a few of Beth and Lincon under the Jetty. It was so beautiful and I was surprised how quiet it was at the Jetty- this time of year even in pour weather it’s busy!!
After our Jetty photos we headed out to Bonville Golf Resort where Beth and Lincon’s reception was being hosted. We made good use of the golf buggies and headed to a few locations around the resort before they were due to enter the reception. It’s so beautiful out there for photos. We just love to photograph weddings at Bonville. – Just stunning. The staff at Bonville are always so helpful and fun too!!
It was such a beautiful day to be part of… thanks for sharing it with us.
We hope you had a great time on your honeymoon. Here are just a few images from your special day… I will post more up on facebook next week!

Jaye and Tim’s Tamworth Wedding
Jaye and Tim are a fantastic Tamworth couple that we had the priviledge of photographing recently.
We started the day with a few shots of Tim and the boys at Jaye and Tims beautiful new home, after talking to Jaye the day before and giving a start time, she made sure she told the boys a start time 15 minutes before was neccesary and as I arrived they were completely ready to go! Nice work Jaye!
After a few fun shots with the guys, I headed over to the Powerhouse in Tamworth where Jaye was getting ready. It was also where the ceremony was being held and the reception as well, too easy! The lighting in the room where Jaye had stayed was brilliant to work with and it made for some great shots. Jaye and her mum had everything running perfectly, everything was ready for me when I arrived which made such a difference to the actual time we could spend getting the photos!
After a few shots of Jaye and the girls, it was the short walk to the ceremony where Tim was anxiously waiting for Jaye to arrive. Jaye is not one to ever be late so the bridesmaids managed to stall for just long enough so that all the guests could arrive and then it was time to walk down the aisle. Loved the shots of your dad walking you down the aisle Jaye, his expressions were priceless and one of the shots has been included in the images below.
After all the hugs and kisses, family photos, etc we headed to King George Ave in Tamworth for the group and car photos. King George Ave is a staple for Tamworth wedding photography, and it’s not hard to see why. The lighting under those big trees lining the road is just incredible and their is so much room to work with there! A kind passerby opened their property to us for some photos as well so with just Jaye and Tim we headed their also.
We headed in town for another spot for photos before going back to the powerhouse for the reception. It was heaps of fun there and the staff were great to work with, very accomodating. After the formalities were done it was then time for us to call it a day. Enjoy these few pics guys!

Sal and Phil
Recently I had the privledge of photographing the wedding of Sal and Phil. Sal and Phil had their wedding at Aanuka Beach Resort.
It was a real privledge to be part of Sal and Phil’s wedding. Eventhou the weather wasn’t kind to us the day was just perfect. We started the day by capturing some images of the reception venue and than met with Phil and his groom’s men. The boy’s were a little disorderly when we arrived and were having alot of trouble with their ties, we soon got this sorted and than got started on some images of the boy’s before the wedding. Phil had got his boys a surprise each. It was rather funny to see how excited each of Phil’s groomsmen were to receive their new watches.
After spending some time with the boys I than headed to the other end of the resort to capture the happenings where the girls were getting ready. Sal and her girls were the complete opposite… they were so organised LOL!! Kelli Thomas did a fantastic job of all the girls makeup! Just perfect! Eventhou it was raining outside Sal was so relaxed and excited to be getting married!!
The ceremony was held in the chapel… it was just gorgeous. Phil and Sal’s little boy was so cute looking after his parent’s rings!! At the end of the ceremony we made a quick dash to the closests Varenda to do family photos and some group photos of the bridal party. A big thanks to all of Sal and Phil’s bridal party for braving the weather for a few photos on the lawn. Once we had finished the bridal party images we stopped for a short break to warm up and get a little drier before heading back out into the weather. Sal was so determined to get the images she wanted from her wedding day.
It was when we were on the beach thou that we had to cut the shoot short and head back to the resort. It was so winding and wet our umberella’s were turing inside out. It certainly made for a good laugh.
Sal and Phil choose to do a post wedding shoot to ensure they got all their images they wanted and to have some images with those umberella’s. I met up with Sal and Phil a few days after the wedding to do another shoot for them… this time the weather was kind to us.
Here are just a selection of images from their special day and their post wedding shoot also.
Thanks for being such a great couple …. and letting us share this special time with you.
